Hi Carole!

The Expedition Everest Challenge is such a fun race for families! My boys will always remember their race as being the first time they stayed up all night:)

The teams for the Expedition Everest Challenge (the 5K and scavenger hunt) can only consist of two people, and each participant has to be over 9 years of age. (anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult)

For the Expedition Everest Challenge "Family Edition": (this is a much shorter, easier race)

Expedition Everest Challenge Family Edition Requirements

Ages 4 and up, must include one individual age 18 or older
Up to 6 people per roster for a team
No less than 2 people per group
