We are interested in a Disney Cruise to Alaska in July 2011. Will it be warm enough for our 2 and 5 year old girls to swim in the pools on-deck? Thank you!

    Hi Kristin,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I am very excited that Disney Cruise Line has added Alaska to their itineraries for 2011.  These voyages cover the southeastern area of the state with stops in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan.  Although the average temperatures in this region are typically in the mid 60's (fahrenheit) during this time of year - the pools aboard the Disney Wonder are heated so I am certain that my kids wouldn't hesitate to take a swim even if the air felt a little chilly by beach standards.

Hope this helps - good luck with your decision!
