Hi Jann!
Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I have an addiction to tracking crowds at Walt Disney World! I use the website, touringplans.com, to determine when I want to go to get the lowest possible crowd level that matches with a time we can travel.
For October 29 - November 9, the crowds are predicted to be between a four and eight (with a high being ten). The entire period is during the
International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. You may see higher traffic in Epcot, but it is a long event and the crowds are pretty evenly spread out.
November 2 - 6 is considered "Jersey Week" (when New Jersey schools are out and a lot of them travel to Disney), but that doesn't really affect the crowd levels much.
The weekend of November 6 - 8 is the Wine and Dine Half Marathon weekend. You will see a slight increase in numbers, but mainly at Epcot.
Christmas decorations will begin going up in early November, with them being completed sometime in the late second to early third week of that month. You won't see a whole lot before November 9, since the Halloween decorations will be going down right after the last Halloween party at the Magic Kingdom, which is November 1.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
