We are interested in a close loop cruise in October from NY to Bermuda and back. Do we need passports in 2023/2024? 2 adults 2 kids. The only faq I could find was from 2022.

Ahoy Dianny - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line adventures!

Dianny, travel documentation requirements vary from sailing to sailing, even to the same destination at times. You see, these are governmental requirements set and updated by the countries you are embarking and disembarking from, as well as any destinations during your sailing. You mentioned 2023 and 2024, so I just wanted to be transparent and let you know that what is required now could change at any time, especially in the future.

You can find some information related to specific routes, information on the benefits of using passports as your form of identification, and some additional FAQs regarding travel documents on the Disney Cruise Line website. There will also be specific requirements listed in the My Reservations section of the Disney Cruise Line website or Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can also call and speak to a helpful Cast Member to ask more specific questions on travel document requirements for each individual sailing.

I hope this information helps your planning efforts – stop by any time with additional questions! Oh, and before I forget, make sure to check out all the magical excitement surrounding Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea!

    Bon voyage!
