I am interested in the 2026 California Resident 3-Day Park Hopper ticket offer for Jan - May and see the tickets can be used on nonconsecutive days. After the first day is used, is there a timeframe which all remaining days must be used?

Hey there, hi there, Ashlee! It’s my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney!

I’m so glad you stopped by with this question, because the 2026 California Resident 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket Offer is one of the most exciting ways to experience the Disneyland Resort. Next year, it comes with an extra sprinkle of magic! Not only is the offer returning, but in 2026, it will be available to all California residents within ZIP codes 90000-96199, not just Southern California Guests! That means more Californians than ever can enjoy a few unforgettable days at The Happiest Place on Earth.

One of the best parts of this offer is just how flexible it is. These tickets are valid from January 1 through May 21, 2026, giving you nearly five full months of opportunities to visit. And you’re absolutely correct—the days do not need to be used consecutively. Even if your first visit is sometime in early January, your remaining visits stay valid all the way through that May 21, 2026 expiration date. It’s ideal if you like to spread out the magic across the seasons or visit during different celebrations. I personally love both the Lunar New Year festivities and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!

Once these tickets become available through this special offer and you decide to purchase, I’d strongly recommend making your theme park reservations as soon as you’ve chosen your visit dates. Since reservations are required for park entry, booking early gives you the best chance of securing the exact days you’re hoping for. As we get closer to May—especially around weekends, spring break, and holidays—those reservation calendars can fill up more quickly. Reserving early helps you avoid any last-minute surprises.

And here’s an extra magical bonus to look forward to, Ashlee: the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration is scheduled to run through the summer of 2026! With the California Resident offer valid through late May, you’ll have multiple chances to experience the new entertainment, shimmering décor, celebratory treats, and all the surprises planned for this milestone event. It’s a truly special time to visit—whether you’re coming to enjoy all of your favorite attractions or to soak in every bit of the 70th Celebration sparkle.

Ashlee, I hope this helps you plan the perfect mix of visits for the start of your year. If any other questions pop up—whether about planning dining or navigating the Disneyland mobile app, and everything in between—we’re always here at planDisney to help you make the most of your magical days ahead!

    See ya real soon!
