I am interested in attending the Moonlight Magic event at Epcot on April 30th, 2025, with 3 additional family members. What are the hours of attendance and what admission fee is required?

    Hey Lee,

    Welcome home!

Thank you for bringing your question over to us today. It’s always a pleasure to help fellow Disney Vacation Club Members make the most of their membership.

Moonlight Magic is my absolute favourite benefit of being a Disney Vacation Club Member! As we only take one longer trip a year from overseas, we’ve been really fortunate that each visit has coincided with a Moonlight Magic event. Just this past October, we attended one at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and it was fantastic. We met Tarzan and Jane, and my boys had the time of their lives dancing the night away at a Dance Party in Pandora!

Here’s the best part: Moonlight Magic is completely free for eligible members and their guests. You can register yourself and up to four additional guests per Membership (for a total of five) or include everyone listed on your resort reservation if you’ve updated it with the correct guest information before the reservation and modification deadline. Children under three years old do not need to be registered.

For the EPCOT event on 30th April 2025, early registration begins on 27th February for eligible members with a qualifying resort reservation. General registration opens on 6th March for all eligible members.

On the night of the event, make sure your entire party sticks together during check-in, Lee, your job will be to ensure no Toy gets left behind! While exact times haven’t been announced yet for the EPCOT event, a previous one held on 25th January 2024 ran from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am, with members and their guests allowed to enter as early as 7:00 pm without a day park ticket. Please note, though, that times for future events may differ.

I hope this information helps, Lee. I wish you all the luck in the (Disney) world that you’re able to secure a spot for this event when registration opens in February!

If you have any further questions, please reach out to me. I’m always happy to help in any way I can.

    Have a magical day!

    Matt
