Hello. We are very interested in attending the Magic Kingdom Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party during our vacation in October. We have 2 children, ages 9 and 3. Can you tell me if the buffet is "kid-friendly" or is this designed more for adults

    Hi Brandy:

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am happy to see that you are interested in attending the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party, it is one of my family's must do special events on every visit.  For us, it is a great way to see the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular and enjoy a fabulous snack without the crowds.  I have been bringing my daughter to this event since she was two years old, and she has always had plenty of options with regard to the selections of desserts offered.  There is really something for everyone, I would say the buffet is "kid friendly" with plenty of selections for adults as well.

Personally, I think this event is the perfect place to finish off your evening in Magic Kingdom Park with your children.  There is plenty of space, and you do not have to wait for a place to watch the fireworks.  Your children will be able to relax after a long day, and enjoy the time with you, instead of trying to sneak a peak over hundreds of other adult guests to catch a glimpse of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.

I hope your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is absolutely magical Brandy.  Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would love to hear from you again.
