We have an interest in celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday in the Bahamas or The Caribbean in a Disney cruise. The plan is to go with the closest relatives and family. The estimate of people could be around 15-20. Do you have any plans/package?

Welcome to planDisney, Carlos! I'd be happy to help you as you plan to celebrate your daughter's birthday. If I could pick any way to celebrate, a Disney Cruise would be my choice, always!

There is just so much to see and do on a Disney Cruise and between all of the excitement onboard and through Port Adventures at the various ports of call on your itinerary, I just know that your group will have a wonderful time. There is something for every Guest of every age onboard. A Disney Cruise vacation is a fantastic option for families traveling together, especially because you can dine together nightly and plan many activities in advance. You can also utilize the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to chat and keep in touch with each other while onboard. I've used it before to alert my whole group to meet me for an ice cream cone while poolside. Sometimes you just need a family snack!

The best advice I have for a group of your size is to either call to speak with a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Specialist or choose a travel agent on your own to help make reservations for the multiple staterooms. Be sure to communicate if would like your rooms near each other or to ask for connecting staterooms if possible. The earlier you book your reservation, the more likely there will be rooms available that meet your needs for a large group. The specialist will also be able to make arrangements for your group to be seated together for your nightly dining rotation

If you have less than four staterooms for your party overall, you may wish to book the staterooms on your own, via the website and then link your reservations together. To do this you will need to log in to your account on the Disney Cruise Line website and select "My Reservations". Locate your sailing information and select "Add Reservations". From there you can link up to three additional reservations utilizing the confirmation number, a Guest's date of birth and last name for each reservation that you would like to connect with yours. This will also connect your party for seating at dinner and allow you to book activities as a group.

It is also possible to add hotel stays and ground transportation to take you from your hotel or airport to the cruise terminal for more of a complete vacation package. For an extra dose of pixie dust for your daughter's birthday, you may also wish to order a birthday cake from Onboard Gifts

Carlos, I wish you and your family a fantastic voyage and a very happy birthday to your lucky daughter! Please cruise back to planDisney if you have any more questions for us.

    Bon Voyage,

    Adrianna
