I have insulin that needs refrigerated? Can you do this at First Aid?

    Hey, Michelle!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to answer your great question today! Having traveled many times with my grandfather (who required insulin injections daily), I can tell you that Walt Disney World Resort is incredibly accommodating for those with diabetes and other similar medical disorders.

You will be happy to know that all of the First Aid centers at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and water parks are equipped to store insulin. You will even find a sharps container in which to discard used syringes or any other sharp medical equipment you may want to discard. The First Aid centers are also a great place in which to check blood sugar levels.

Quick Tip: The First Aid page link also includes a map of each theme park and water park in which you can see where the First Aid center is located!

Michelle, I wish you an unforgettable vacation. I truly hope you find Walt Disney World Resort to be as accommodating as my family always has. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again!
