I am a insulin dependent diabetic have IBS. Need DSA. Question do I need doctor note? Also ther are 5 family members that will be traveling together. Can all 5 be included in my pass to go on rides with me?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Anna!

I am certain you will have a fabulous time at Walt Disney World!  Here is some extremely useful information regarding the Disability Access Service Card.  You do not need a note from your doctor.  However, you will need to explain your specific needs so that the Guest Services representatives can help you.  There will not be a problem accommodating a family of 5.  Again, please do be prepared to articulate what assistance you require.  A Guest Service Representative can help based on your specific needs.

Make sure you keep your insulin temperature regulated in the Florida heat.  Our family has had great success with the Frio Insulin cooling cases.  Please let me know if I can help with any other specific questions.

    Magically yours in 2018,
