A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you, Nancy. I'm so glad to hear that you are a
Magic Key holder. It sounds like you've been enjoying your year of magic and are planning to unlock yet another year, woohoo!
You can
renew your Magic Key pass up to 30 days before its expiration date. If you decide to renew within this window before it expires, your new Magic Key will not be active until the day after your current Magic Key expires. This also means that the expiration date of your newly renewed Magic Key will be one year from its active date.
Although your renewed Magic Key won't be active, you can still make
theme park reservations for it. Any dates that you currently are not able to reserve beyond the expiration date of your current Magic Key pass can now be secured. This was one of the primary reasons why I renewed my Magic Key pass as soon as I could.
I hope you've been taking advantage of all the
Magic Key holder perks. I love visiting the portal in the
Disneyland app for Magic Key holders before and during my visits to make sure that I'm not missing out on any exclusive offerings. I also follow
@disneylandmagickey on Instagram to stay updated on the latest news and offerings.
Nancy, I hope this has been helpful as you are getting ready to renew the magic and another year filled with visits to the Happiest Place on Earth. Let us know if you have any other questions that we can help with.
See ya real soon,
Michelle
