Hey there Ali and welcome back to planDisney!
Disney Princesses taught so many of us early lessons in kindness, steadfastness, and the power of going after our dreams. If you're a big dreamer, it's no wonder Ariel's your favorite and I totally get why meeting her would be a highlight of your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. My family and I are waiting just like you for news of when she'll come back to be part of our Walt Disney World for meet and greets.
While we don't know when Ariel's Grotto will see the return of our girl, I'm pleased to tell you that
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is reopening in EPCOT on November 4th. We're not sure exactly which of our royal ladies will be joining us to dine, but I do know that Ariel has been counted in the number in the past. Guests have been itching for this character dining hotspot to reopen so I'd grab an
Advance Dining Reservation as soon as possible. And of course, you can still see our dinglehopper-toting queen waving from her giant clamshell as a part of the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade in Magic Kingdom Park. My goddaughter particularly loves seeing her and her dancing coral friends coming down Main Street, U.S.A.
Ali, as a person whose sole goal was to dress up as Roxanne and dance with Max in his Powerline outfit at
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year, I totally feel for your plight. Fingers crossed and pixie dust sprinkles that you'll get your wish and see Ariel real soon. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!Happy planning!
