    Where inside the parks can I upgrade my tickets to a Season Pass?

    Hi Kate!

    You are going to love being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder! There are so many awesome Passholder Extras that you can take advantage of during your year of Disney magic. I love to use dining and merchandise discounts and there are some awesome discounts available on special events, which are a fun way to make each visit extra special.

    You can upgrade standard Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets by visiting any of the theme park Guest Relations locations. In Magic Kingdom, Guest Relations is located in City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. In Epcot, you will find Guest Relations inside the theme park at Innovations East. When you are visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios, Guest Relations is just inside the theme park gates at the entrance to Hollywood Boulevard. Finally, at Disney's Animal Kingdom, Guest Relations can be found just inside the entrance gate.

    Keep in mind that you must upgrade your tickets within 14 days of the first use of your ticket and you must have valid admissions remaining on your ticket to complete your upgrade. I recommend that you complete your upgrade at the start of your trip so you can take advantage of Passholder discounts during your trip. Let us know if we can help you again as you continue planning.
