Do the in-room fridge have a freezer compartment ?

    Hi Rick! Welcome to planDisney!

I love in-depth planning questions like the one you brought to us because I also like to plan ahead with these important details! Since your trip is right around the corner, now is the perfect time to think about the finishing touches for planning your stay.

In my experience, most Disney Resorts Collection rooms do not have freezer compartments in the mini-refrigerator. I actually take a picture inside the mini-refrigerator from every room that I stay in because you never know when you will need to know what is available. I have had a couple of rooms recently that contained a small freezer compartment (including one at Disney's Contemporary Resort), but even that has varied on the specific room! I would plan to not have a freezer compartment, then be pleasantly surprised if you happen to find one in your room.

Other amenities available in your room typically include a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. I always used to say, "Who irons on vacation?" Then, I found myself needing the iron on my last visit, and now I'm thankful that amenity is there! Ha!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Rick! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
