Hi Tori!
Congratulations on your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World! I see that you are visiting in March, which is a wonderful time of year to visit. You will get to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which begins on March 2! You don't want to miss the amazing
topiary displays and delicious foods cooked in the outdoor kitchens. My personal favorite is the frushi; sushi made from strawberry, pineapple, and cantaloupe!
In regards to obtaining the
Disability Access Service (DAS) for your son, there are three main steps that you will need to follow. First, register with Guest Services. You can do this on-site or
pre-register with a Cast Member via a live video chat. You can pre-register up to 30 days prior to your vacation, but no less than 2 days. Your son will need to be present on the video chat.
Secondly, you will request return times for the attractions you desire to visit. And I have great news! You can now request return times for attractions in the
My Disney Experience app! Of course as part of visiting the Walt Disney World theme parks, you will want to purchase your tickets and make an advanced theme park reservation in advance.
Lastly, when you visit the park, you can use My Disney Experience to manage the attractions you visit. You can also request a return time at the attraction by speaking to a Cast Member.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
