    In-laws are giving tickets/hotel to my children for Christmas, I want to give them spending money for gifts when there. How much should I give them? Staying 4-5 days. (10 year old girl, 3 year old boy.)

    If you asked this question to every one of us here on the Mom's Panel, you'd probably get a different answer. Every family has a different budget. In fact, I still laugh over fellow Disney Parks Mom Jennifer when she said she gives her children $50 A DAY for souvenirs in the park. (Our family budgets $50 per child for the entire trip...)

    As Jiminy Cricket would say, "Let your conscience be your guide." Stay within the budget you'd allow them at home and add a little more if you think it's necessary because the trip is a memory-maker. I can assure you that there are souvenirs and gifts in the parks, resorts, and Downtown Disney that fit every pocket book. So whether you decide on $10, $100 or even more, your children will have many options.
