Hello! My in-laws booked a retirement celebration for the whole family for 2027 on the Disney Treasure. They booked concierge for themselves, and verandah for all the kids. We are so excited, and wondering if we can coordinate early check in with them?

    Ahoy Caitlyn!

Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney! A cruise aboard the beautiful Disney Treasure is a fabulous way to commemorate a retirement and celebrate for a week! I can only imagine how excited your crew must be to enjoy this together next year. There is so much to do for Guests of all ages, so I know y'all are going to have the best vacation. And dinner is always such a special time to come together to share about all the magical happenings of the day.

Since your in-laws have booked for the whole family, your reservations should all be linked together in the Disney Cruise Line system. When their online booking window opens, they will be able to include any linked staterooms in their plans, provided one of them plans to participate. Concierge-level Guests send an email with all their requests at midnight 130 days before boarding, and the concierge team will fulfill the requests in the order they are received. For example, if you all plan to book the same port adventure, your in-laws would put in that request for the entire crew. If some of the non-concierge-level staterooms want to book an onboard experience or port adventure without your in-laws, that request must be made when their booking window opens. Another thing to mention is that you will have different boarding times on embarkation day. Concierge-level Guests have a pre-boarding lounge to wait in and are the first to board the ship. If you'd all like to board together, your in-laws will need to wait with the rest of the group in the cruise terminal. If they do want to board with concierge Guests, the boarding photo opportunity is in the cruise terminal and can be taken before they enter the lounge.

Caitlyn, I hope this gives you a better idea of how to plan for your family's vacation next year. If your in-laws have any specific questions about their concierge experience, they can reach out at 1(407) 566-8119 or email at DCL.concierge.services@contact.Disneycruiseline.com. If you need any help, please let us know. We are always happy to assist with magical plans.
