I have an injury that will significantly limit what I will be able to do at California Adventure. Am I able to get a refund?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Kim!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question. It looks like you were planning to visit very soon; however, I am so sorry you are dealing with an injury that will limit what you can do at Disney California Adventure Park. I know this is beyond frustrating, and I am so sorry about that. Please know I will pass this along to Mickey Mouse and his pals, as we all wish upon a star you will be able to get well very soon!

I want to let you know that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable at this time. Now, my recommendation would be to look at some different dates and reschedule a time where you will no longer be worried about your injury. You can always rent a wheelchair, but I TOTALLY understand that you want to see and experience the Disney Theme Park free from injury. As you check for different dates, I would also make sure you check the expiration date on your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. This will be the perfect gauge to help you choose the best date for you to make another Disneyland Theme Park Reservation.

I sure hope this information helps you in planning your next trip to the Disneyland Resort! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

We hope you feel better REALLY Soon!
