It seems like a mischievous Stitch digitally ate your tickets, but don't worry. You must have received email confirmations when you purchased them online, so the first step is to locate this email and have it open on your screen.

Then, you can call (714) 781-4636 and chat with the Cast Members specializing in tickets. If the wait is too long, you can also reach out to the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222.
