Hi Teresa,
Welcome to planDisney!
Since both of our girls have food allergies and one of them has four significant food allergies, I understand your question and hear your concern! As much as I love to plan in advance and will review the allergy information on restaurant menus prior to arrival, we wait until we arrive to speak with the chef. What the chef will recommend also depends on the severity of your allergies (i.e. should you also avoid food that may have some cross contamination). To review restaurant menus, visit the home page of each location and click on View Menu. Non-Buffet style restaurants typically have specific allergy-friendly options listed. Just scroll through the menu to find them. As an example, see the
breakfast menu for Cinderella's Royal Table. Since you have several possible allergies, I also suggest that you email the
Special Dietary Requests team.
In addition, I recommend making
advanced dining reservations and noting the allergies on the reservations. Then, when you are on-site, use
Mobile Dine Check-in when it's available to note the allergies again. The cast member(s) who have served us have always spoken with us about the allergies, shared the information they have, and then offered to bring out a chef if we would like to speak with one. Typically, we do speak with a chef.
Teresa, I do apologize for not providing the specific ingredients - please know that this is a precaution! I want to be sure that you get the most accurate, up-to-date information and the best way to ensure that is for you to speak with a chef at each dining location during your visit. In the meantime, continue the planning for your visit during the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
