Ingredients in the ice cream - how to find out if it contains high fructose corn syrup and dyes? I search around with no avail. If you could guide me on this I would be very grateful. Thank you.

    Hi there Sofia,

I am a very conscious eater myself so I totally identify with your concerns.  It's always nice to know what's in our food!  I searched high and low and was unable to find a list of the ice cream ingredients.  I do know that the ice cream served in the parks is not advertised as "all natural" so if you're on a special diet or concerned about those particular artificial ingredients, I would hold off, just to be sure.  To stay on the safe side, I recommend heading over to the Hagen Dazs shop at Downtown Disney for your ice cream.  Many of their flavors are all-natural and they even keep a binder behind the counter containing a list of ingredients for each flavor.  There is also a brand new gelato stand at Downtown Disney near the World of Disney Store.  They may have natural options available!

On a side note, There are delicious all-natural "Groovy Ades" being served at the Cozy Cones in Cars Land and they are fun, fruity, and topped with delicious foams.  These tasty concoctions are not to be underestimated!

Hope this helps!  Be sure to let me know if you have any more questions!
