Currently, all of our information is accessible online and hard copies are no longer mailed. Here are some links that you may find helpful as you plan:

Search Vacation Packages to see what resort hotels might be available for the dates of your visit
Review the list of Disney Resorts Collection hotels
Review the types of Theme Park Tickets to decide which type will suit your family best
Use the Contact List for helpful phone numbers should you need assistance making a reservation
Check the Attractions List to see the height requirements for each ride
Review the Guide Maps for each park to plan with geography in mind - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom
Take a look at the Character Experiences and Character Dining to see where you can meet your favorite characters - use the Advanced Dining Reservation List and filter by dining experience
Review your Transportation Options if staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Use each resort hotel's home page to see which transportation options are available at each resort
Consider the Enchanting Extras Collection for special experiences
Follow the Disney Parks Blog and the Know Before you Go page for updates

I have also watched lots of videos on YouTube to see room and resort tours. When our girls were younger, they watched ride videos as well to get prepared for some attractions. And we always take a look at resort hotel maps to help us make room location requests.
