Hi Joan,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so delighted to know you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Unfortunately, we do not mail information. All of our vacation package information can be found online. As you begin your planning, I suggest that you focus on selecting the dates of your trip, type of resort hotel, type of
theme park tickets, and number of theme park ticket days. Once you have identified these, you can book that vacation package online. Once you click on the
vacation package link, click on the option to Book your Walt Disney World Vacation today. If you would prefer, you could also reserve that vacation package with a
Cast Member by phone.
As you search for resort hotels, you could book a 3 Bedroom Grand Villa. These villas sleep up to 12 adults. Several resort hotels have these including The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Riviera Resort, and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Or, you could divide your party into smaller groups and do two family suites at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort or two cabins at
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Each of the family suites and cabins sleep up to six adults. If you would prefer standard rooms, you would need to consider splitting your party into groups of four and then book three standard rooms. Once you decide on the party size and number of rooms, search the
resort hotel list to see other options.
When you book a vacation package, you will need to create a
My Disney Experience account and then link it in that account. Once you get the confirmation number for the vacation package, use that number to
link that vacation package. Once linked, you can make payments online. After that vacation package is linked, you need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
As it gets closer to the dates of your trip, I do highly recommend that you make advanced dining reservations. Currently, the
dining reservation window is 60-days in advance. Given the size of your group, you may need to ask one or two others in your party with My Disney Experience accounts to assist with making those reservations. If three of you make reservations, you can search for reservations for four and book three different reservations around the same time.
Joan, as you familiarize yourself with the online booking tools, be sure to review the
operational updates since policies and procedures could change prior to your visit. And, since you are traveling with such a large group,
matching t-shirts are a must-do!!! Sending you a little pixie dust for patience as you lead the planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
