How do I get more information on planning and maps in the mail?

    Hi Brandi!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Walt Disney World Resort theme park Guidemaps are no longer mailed to guests, but they are still available to be viewed on screen, giving you all the information you need for every theme park.  If you do have access to a printer, these can be printed out too.  By using your My Disney Experience, you also have access to park maps which will give you lots of additional live information, including Wait Times, the Entertainment Schedule and where you can meet the Disney characters.  Alternatively, you will find an interactive map available on the official website which you can filter to see all the information that is relevant to your visit.

Park Guide Maps can be picked up at any Guest Relations or the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel.  Individual parks maps can be seen here:  Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. When you enter the parks, it's worth collecting an extra park guide map to take home and save for when you are planning your next trip!

You might enjoy this planning video, and don't forget we have a wide library of videos with planning tips from our Disney Parks Moms Panel here!

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.  Also, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and any updates on events that may be happening during your stay.
