    Would like information on a Disney Vacation Club membership. Would rather get information through e-mail and not have someone calling me.

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. How exciting to be exploring Disney Vacation Club membership! My family has been members for years, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our membership. We have taken many different vacations at different times of year and with different family members. We truly enjoy being Disney Vacation Club members.

    I suggest that you start by looking at the Disney Vacation Club website. There is loads of information both for current members and potential members on this site. You will want to look at the information under the "Explore Membership" tab. You can learn a lot from reading the information on these pages, and you can also order a DVD or watch a video about Disney Vacation Club membership from the "Membership 101" page. Also, on many of these pages, you will see a "Chat" icon appear along the right-hand side of the page. This feature will allow you to chat with a Disney Vacation Club cast member without having to call.

    I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Janis! It will be truly magical, if you do join Disney Vacation Club, the first time you hear those wonderful words, "Welcome Home."
