Hi Tahira,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! Being in
Walt Disney World during Christmas is a special kind of magic. Each park will have holiday décor and music, Christmas trees, and seasonal treats!
The final date of
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in 2025 is December 21, 2025. At this time, it looks like many of the dates in December are sold out. The schedule of
Park Hours & Events hasn’t been released that far into December yet. In previous years Guests could see
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during the day and
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show in the evenings leading up to Christmas day. The parade and entertainment schedule is often updated closer to the date so I would recommend checking in December and even checking the parade schedule while you’re in Walt Disney World on your My Disney Experience app.
You can also use your My Disney Experience app to find where you can meet Santa during your visit. He makes stops in each of the theme parks and Disney Springs until December 24 before he heads to the North Pole for his big day! In the My Disney Experience app, you can search for “Santa” or click the location pin and filter by "Characters" to find out where Santa is meeting.
In EPCOT, you can walk around the World Showcase and experience holiday traditions from around the world during the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Each night, you can see the
Candlelight Processional, a retelling of the story of Christmas with a choir, orchestra, and celebrity narrator.
In Hollywood Studios,
Jollywood Nights is a special ticketed holiday party. According to your travel dates, you could attend the final party night on December 22, and tickets are still available at this time! My favorite part of Hollywood Studios during the holidays is Sunset Seasons Greetings, a holiday projection on the Hollywood Tower Hotel. There are a few different projections, so make sure you stick around to see them all!
In Animal Kingdom, the Merry Menagerie is a chance to interact with arctic animals- in puppet form! The Tree of Life will be covered in light each evening during the Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition. And don’t forget to visit Disney Springs where you can get inspiration for your next Christmas tree with the Christmas Tree Stroll. Christmas trees are decorated in themes from Princesses to Disney Parks attractions.
I hope this helps you get into the holiday spirit, Tahira! Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for any future holiday announcements, and during your visit check the My Disney Experience app for the current entertainment schedules! If you have any more questions, come back to see us again at
