Hi Janki, and welcome to planDisney!
Your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth will be here in no time, and I am more than happy to help you with this most important planning detail. Also, as a mom of two little ones, you’ll find that Walt Disney World Resort is the perfect place to start making memories that will last a lifetime.
You’ll be happy to hear that Guests under 3 years old, like infants, do not need a valid theme park ticket or a
theme park reservation. During theme park entry, you will simply scan the rest of your party’s tickets, and there will be no questions asked about the infant. (But you may get some oohs and aahs at all of the baby cuteness.)
There are so many attractions that your whole family can enjoy together. Your infant can view the several shows around property and ride any attraction without a
height requirement. My older son’s first ride at six weeks old was the
Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at Magic Kingdom Park (I held him in a baby carrier as well), and my younger son’s first ride was
Triceratops Spin at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Janki, you are going to love seeing the theme parks through your infant’s eyes.
AN EXTRA GEM: There are
Baby Care Centers at all four theme parks in case your little one needs a more private diaper change or feeding, or just quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. When my little ones were babies, I loved sitting with them in the rocking chairs for a midday break.
Janki, if you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation, please
revisit us here at planDisney. I’m all ears!
Magic always,
LeAndra
