Katrina Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Should an infant or 2 year old be counted in a dinner reservations along with the adult headcount? I have been counting my toddler only, not the newborn, but realized that neither would not actually require tickets, fast pass, dining plan, etc.

    Hi Katrina:

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  When making your Advanced Dining Reservations, you will need to include everyone in your party no matter how old they are.  Even though toddlers and infants are not required to have the Dining Plan, the dining location needs to have an accurate head count for seating assignments and safety reasons.

I hope you have a magical vacation Katrina.  Please let me know if you have any further questions, I would be happy to help.
