Let's start with Animal Kingdom. Two great quick-service options are

Pizzafari, which offer a variety of foods such as pizza, salads, chicken, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Both locations generally have plenty of indoor seating and support
Mobile Food Ordering through the My Disney Experience app. My favorite quick-service spot at Animal Kingdom is
Satu'li Canteen. The food there has a unique flair you won't find anywhere else. I am a big fan of the Cheeseburger Steamed Pods (Bao Buns)! You'll find plenty of space to enjoy your meal while staying cool!
Okay, let's hop on that magic carpet, go to Hollywood Studios, and check out some of their indoor quick-service locations. While most table-service restaurants offer fantastic indoor seating,
Backlot Express has some indoor dining available. My personal favorite location, which I highly recommend, is
ABC Commissary. In fact, my visits to Hollywood Studios are never complete without stopping there for the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich—it's delicious! Since this restaurant is quite large, I've always been able to find a table. It's usually nice and cool inside, and I love that I can use Mobile Order to place my food order before I arrive.
