Hello, Kris! Welcome to planDisney, where it would be my pleasure to answer your questions today! As you are experiencing, there is much uncertainty with travel plans at this time, so you are in good company! Walt Disney World is ready to welcome Guests
back to the magic but understands that everyone will be ready to return at the best times for them and their loved ones. For this reason, cancellation policies remain very lenient and are
outlined in detail on the Experience Updates pages of the Walt Disney World website! I recommend that you take a look at them if you haven’t already.
I cannot be sure, but it sounds like you may have purchased a multi-day
Theme Park Ticket. If the Ticket remains unused, it will be good until the expiration date listed on your
My Disney Experience Account under the My Plans section. If you are unsure about the expiration date or need it to be extended, contact
Disney Existing Tickets via telephone, and they will be happy to help! Even if your Tickets expire or you need to reschedule, the value paid for your original Tickets can be applied toward a future purchase! During your vacation, you can always find answers to ticket-related questions at
Guest Relations while visiting any Theme Park.
Before your vacation, be sure you download the latest version of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and familiarize yourself with it. This will allow you to link your travel party to your account so you can easily make
Park Pass Reservations for them. Meanwhile, know that we are always here to answer any question and help in any way we can! Come back and see us again anytime.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Clara
