I took the liberty of checking my husband’s and daughter's
My Disney Experience accounts to see how our theme park tickets are displayed. While my husband’s account shows all four of our theme park tickets, my daughter’s account only shows her park hopper tickets.
I recommend calling 407-939-4357 to get assistance with this issue, especially if what is displayed is not his specific theme park tickets.
To ensure he has access to his theme park tickets, you can utilize the
Disney MagicMobile Pass so that he will have access to everything from his theme park tickets and reservations to your Resort hotels reservation from his phone. It will also link any Lightning Lane selections and any PhotoPass images linked to the account. You can create his pass from your account and share it with him to place in his digital wallet.
