Disney Incredi-Pass. I treasure my annual pass like it's solid gold!
It sounds like you snagged a passholder discount for your Disney Resort Hotel stay, so congratulations; those deals are hard to beat! I called the Annual Passholders line about your situation, and here's what the helpful Cast Member advised.
He said your resort reservation is secure, regardless of your annual pass's validity. The catch is that if your pass is not currently active, the discount probably won't be applied at check-in. To keep the discount, it's best to
renew your pass before you arrive.
You can renew your pass in person at any theme park entrance, or at my favorite spot, the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Be sure to have your photo ID and payment method, and they'll help you extend the magic of your pass!
Annual passes can also be renewed 60 days before expiration and up to 30 days after through your My Disney Experience mobile app or
online. Or, feel free to call the
Annual Passholders line for assistance. Once it's renewed, you'll present your valid pass at your resort's Front Desk to be sure your discount is applied.
