Z Does the incredipass require ticket office activation

    Hi Rita,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for being in the Annual Passholder Family!

As an Annual Passholder myself, I love knowing that I can take part in the magic any time of the year. To answer your question, you don’t have to visit Guest Services immediately to activate your Annual Pass, you can actually link it in the My Disney Experience mobile app (I’ve included some steps below). The main reason you should go to Guest Services is to receive your Annual Passholder card, which is a form of identification that you can show to receive benefits such as Annual Passholder discounts on select merchandise items and dining. When I travel to the Walt Disney World Resort, I like to keep my card with me for those reasons. Of course, you can also use it for entry into the Theme Parks.

I see your trip is very soon, so hopefully you were able to link your Annual Pass in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Here are steps just in case: From the My Disney Experience mobile app home screen, click the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Then scroll to the bottom and click “Link to Account”, select “Link Tickets or Passes”, and under “Ticket or Pass”, you will be able to enter the confirmation number from your confirmation email you received when purchasing your Annual Pass.

Once you link your Annual Pass, you are able to use it to create Disney Park Pass reservations and enter the Theme Parks with those reservations. Keep in mind you must make Disney Park Pass reservations before visiting the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks. With the Incredi-Pass, you can make up to five Disney Park Pass reservations at once! Just make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation calendar as you plan.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort this week. Please reach out if you have any other planning or vacation questions, I am always happy to help!
