Hello, Tram and welcome to planDisney.
I visit Walt Disney World over Christmas every year, Tram, and it is so much fun! You are going to have a magical time next year. I'm also a Walt Disney World Incredi-Pass Annual Passholder, which I also really love. The Incredi-Pass offers the most freedom and flexibility of the annual passes offered.
Currently, Tram, with the Disney Incredi-Pass you are able to make and hold up to 5
park pass reservations at a time. This is a welcomed change over the summer. Previously, we were only able to hold up to 3 at a time making a long weekend trip pretty difficult to plan.
If you are wanting to go to the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks for more than 5 days in a row, you'll have to select your park pass reservations on a rolling basis. After you use one of the 5, you'll be able to log in to your MyDisneyExperience account and make another selection. I like to log in as soon as I scan into the theme park that I am visiting to make that next selection as it is updated in real-time. The only other option you would have is to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for some of the time. When you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you are able to make park pass reservations for the length of your stay plus the 5 that you get with your annual pass.
Since your trip is a year away, I'd keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder website for updates. We don't know what the next year will hold for us and there could always be big changes to the park pass reservation system between now and then.
I hope this helps, Tram. If you have any other questions as you plan your trip, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun and happy planning!
