What an incredibly helpful forum! I'm not too travel savvy. Can you help with tipping etiquette? Other than at restaurants, who should you tip? Do you tip the concierge for answering questions or the bell hop for storing your luggage or boarding pass?

    Hi Michael,

It is very sweet and considerate of you to be thinking of tipping before you even get to WDW.  You do not need to tip the castmembers at concierge for answering a question or making a dining reservation for you.  I do tip the castmembers from bell services if they carry or store luggage for me.  I also tip the folks at the airline check in who take my luggage.  The service is similar to checking your luggage curbside at an airport and I always tip there.

Other than that, there really isn't much tipping involved.  I was at WDW recently and my daughter got her face painted.  The gentlemen who did it really did an amazing job.  He absolutely refused to take even a dollar tip.  That's the magic of Walt Disney World, each person who works there strives to provide excellent customer service and exceed guests expectations.  It's easy to see why so many people love it.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
    Michelle
