With the increase cases in COVID I am wondering what the cancellation policy is. What if someone in my party tests positive before the trip and is unable to come? I am trying to figure out what the cancellation policy is and if I will get a refund.

Hi Taylor! I love seeing a question from Louisiana! Welcome to planDisney.

Seems as though you will be headed to the Magic during The World's Most Magical Celebration at The Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many special and unique opportunities. Some of my favorites include Harmonious at EPCOT and Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. These nighttime spectaculars delight with shimmering EARidescent projections and fireworks. I am including the 50th Anniversary Celebration Sip and Bites Guide to prepare your taste buds.

It is so unfortunate all of us, myself included have been affected by the current pandemic. While I sure hope the uptick in cases is no factor in your vacation, I understand the concern. At the moment, please remember policies and conditions are subject to change. If you or someone in your party display symptoms in the Health Acknowledgement, you are required to not enter Walt Disney World Resort. If this should occur, you are asked to call The Disney Reservation Center to reschedule your vacation.

I am going to wrap this up with my last recommendation to take the time to visit Disney Springs. There are over 150 restaurants, shops and home to World of Disney®, the world's largest Disney store.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
