Hello and welcome to planDisney, Dannielle!
Thank you for taking the time to send a question our way. We are thrilled to help you plan a magical Disney adventure!
I am sorry to hear you accidentally linked your husband’s theme park tickets to the wrong account. That has already happened to me, and I know how stressful it can be. To reassign the ticket to your husband, you must sign in to the Disney account you linked the theme park admission to. If the account is not yours, you will have to ask the Guest responsible for the account to sign in and reassign the ticket to your husband.
You can easily find out who you linked the ticket to via the My Disney Experience app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, and select Tickets and Passes. Then, swipe to see the Guests linked to your account to find your husband’s theme park admission. If you control the account, you should be able to tap Reassign Ticket and select your husband from your Family & Friends List.
If the account belongs to another Guest, you will have to ask them to follow the steps above to reassign the ticket to your husband, but first, they will need to make sure they are connected via
My Family & Friends. If they are not, the Guest the ticket has been accidentaly linked to will have the option to
Add a Guest while reassigning tickets. I have already linked my mother tickets that belonged to my husband, and she had to
sign in to her Disney account and reassign the tickets back to him. To reassign tickets online, visit
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. If you require further assistance, do not hesitate to
contact the Technical and Website Support team.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Dannielle. I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a pixie-dusted Walt Disney World Resort holiday!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
