what is included specifically on a Disney wish cruise

    Welcome aboard, Alivia!

Oh boy, there is so much to enjoy on a Disney Cruise Line vacation – there's truly nothing like it. One of the things I love most about these unique experiences is that so much is already included in the cost of your cruise. There are many ways to personalize your trip and add on some additional adventures, but the core cruise includes a lot! I’m happy to help you understand what’s available, and what options you can add onto this vacation. While each ship offers a different atmosphere and services, this comprehensive list covers all the Disney cruise ships, including the gorgeous Disney Wish.

Your cruise cost includes your stateroom (including all taxes and port fees), the voyage to the specific itinerary you select, and all the impeccable service throughout. Meals are included in the main dining rooms where you’ll experience Disney’s innovative rotational dining, plus the quick-service options and snacks, classic buffet restaurant, and most room service items. Activities onboard such as trivia and games are included, and all the evening Broadway-style entertainment. Most non-alcoholic beverages are included, as well as childcare for children three and up. Nightclubs and lounges and a variety of pools and hot tubs are also no additional charge. Movies on the big screen theatre or shown on Funnel Vision at the pool are included. If your itinerary visits Disney’s private island, Disney Castaway Cay, that perfect beach day and an island buffet lunch are included. All the Disney character meets you can squeeze into your schedule are also included for no additional fee. Manage your itinerary on the complimentary Disney Cruise Line Navigator App

The following items are examples of activities or services that require an additional cost, or something you’d pay for throughout your cruise vacation:

    • Gratuities (including your stateroom host, dining team, bartenders, and spa attendants)
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Premier non-alcoholic beverages, such as smoothies or espresso drinks
    • Spa and Salon Services
    • Nursery care (for children under three)
    • Port Adventures (and gratuities for tour operators)
    • Adult-exclusive dining experiences
    • Beverage Tasting Seminars
    • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique or Pirates League makeover experiences
    • BINGO cards
    • Photography packages
    • Internet Access at Sea
    • Ground Transportation to/from the port, or port terminal parking

I hope this helps you see how you can stick to the basic cruise cost with just a few additional expenses planned (such as gratuities) or how you can personalize your vacation with add-on experiences. There’s so much to enjoy and explore on a Disney cruise, and the Disney Wish has surprises around every corner!

Please let us know what other questions you have as you put together a practically perfect Disney Cruise Line vacation, Alivia. We’d love to help!

    Happy planning,
    Amy
