    What all is included in the Memory Maker Package?

    Hi Travis,

    It's good to see you stopping by the Disney Parks Moms panel again! I am tickled to help you plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    We started buying Memory Maker years ago and consider it a must for every vacation. To save money and to be sure all of our digital PhotoPass photos and videos were included, we always purchased it well in advance of our trip. If you are within three days of your visit and want to be sure you have access to all of your digital PhotoPass photos and videos, select the option for Memory Maker - Starts Immediately. 

    We adore Memory Maker because it includes access to the photos we take with Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks and resorts. The attraction photos and videos are my favorite. We always make sure everyone remembers where the camera is on certain rides so that we can pose or, at least, smile! On one trip with friends, we all managed to look at our park maps on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ right as the camera flashed. Of course, remember to stay safe whatever your pose might be!

    My family still enjoys character meal experiences and always are on the lookout for Disney PhotoPass photographers at select dining locations. Our Disney PhotoPass photos from Cinderella's Royal Table, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's, and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall have been included in our Memory Maker package. Also, consider stopping by one of the portrait studios if you want a family photo that's just a bit more formal - we love the Disney PhotoPass® Studio at Disney Springs. It looks as if your visit may coincide with the winter holiday season. We have enjoyed watching families take advantage of the Stress-Free Holiday Photos at Disney Springs, especially when seeing little ones sharing wishes with Santa Claus!

    Travis, be sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can easily access your Disney PhotoPass photos as you go. Occasionally, photos have not appeared in My Disney Experience Account. If that happens, you can contact Disney PhotoPass Services. As long as I have been able to provide the date, approximate time, location, and a general description of what we were wearing, they have been able to find our photos and link them to My Disney Experience account!
