We included gratuity in our reservation, does this mean we don't have to include any gratuity for room service orders or dining room meals? Will the wait staff know?

    Ahoy, Brooke!
It is wonderful to hear from you again! When you sail aboard Disney Cruise Line you will receive phenomenal service from the amazing crew. It really makes it hard to disembark and leave them behind because they will spoil and pamper you during your voyage! Gratuities for your stateroom host/hostess and dining staff (server, assistant server and head waiter) are a way to say thank you for the excellent service provided while onboard.  At the end of your cruise, you will receive gratuity vouchers and small envelopes in your stateroom. These vouchers will be labeled with each family member's name, your stateroom number and the names of your specific stateroom host/hostess and dining team. Many Guests like to place the vouchers in the envelopes and give them out the last evening. If you don't, they will still get their money since you have paid the gratuities.
Room Service is tipped with cash only, so you will want to bring along single bills if you plan to order during your cruise. Other gratuities such as bar service and spa services will automatically be added to your stateroom folio. If you dine at Palo or Remy, you can tip an amount at your discretion, which will be billed to your stateroom.
I hope I've cleared up any confusion about tipping, Brooke! If you need any further assistance, please let us know!
    Have a magical day!
