I spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that, currently, the incidental hold at the Disneyland Resort Hotels is $250. Of course, this is subject to change, but this charge is meant to cover any room charges that are not settled with payment ahead of check-out. If you choose to pay for incidentals via credit card or a Disney Gift Card, as long as the charges are settled before checkout, the incidental charge will be refunded to your card on file. It may take a business day or two. During a recent visit, I wanted to put a gift card towards my balance and just stopped by the front desk on our last night to apply it. It only took a few minutes!

Pixar Place is such a fun spot to call home for a few days during your visit! Beyond being immersed in the Pixar stories you know and love, one of the perks is the fireworks viewing from the 3rd-floor pool deck! Even if you don't plan to be in the parks, you can catch "
Believe...in Holiday Magic" Fireworks Spectacular right from your backyard. This is a great activity to plan for your arrival day, and since the holiday season is in full swing, the fireworks are scheduled for every evening, weather permitting. There will even be some seasonal activities in and around the resort. I always recommend asking at the front desk for the list of
activities happening during our stay for the most up-to-date information. With a glance, I see that you can book a tee time at Pixar Putt for a fun-themed mini golf experience, and get in the spirit because even the big guy himself - Santa - is making appearances daily at all three of the resort hotels!
