Is the incidental charge for Disneyland hotel $250, just a one time fee? Not per night?

Hi there, Leanne. Welcome back to planDisney!

I see you’re planning a stay at the Disneyland Hotel at the end of October. Besides the nostalgia and being immersed in the spirit of Disneyland past and present, staying on property also puts you in the heart of all the magic. Downtown Disney District and both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are just quick strolls away!

A one-time fee of $250 will be placed as a hold on your credit card when you check in at the Disneyland Hotel; this is not a per night fee. If you don’t incur any incidentals during your hotel stay, the $250 will be fully refunded back to your credit card after checking out of the hotel. It may take a couple business days for the hold to be lifted though. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this hold on your credit card, please be sure to inquire with a Cast Member upon check-in.

I hope this information is helpful for you. If you’re looking for trip-planning advice or have more questions for us, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
