Hi there, Jinell! Welcome to planDIsney!
I'm so glad to hear you are thinking about booking a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation! There is nothing quite like the thrill of planning a vacation, is there? I know there is a lot to think about when planning a Walt Disney World vacation, so I’m so happy to be able to help get you started!
It sounds like you have some unused tickets that you would like to use for your upcoming visit. While entirely unused
theme park tickets do expire, the value of the ticket remains under your account and can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket. Now, it is important to note that entirely unused means that none of the days on your ticket were used. So, if you purchased a four-day park hopper and entered a park for three days of your four-day ticket, you would not be able to use the value of your single unused day toward a future visit.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to apply this amount online, so you would need to call Guest Relations directly at (407) 934-7639, where a Cast Member will be happy to help you.
Once you have your tickets purchased, don't forget to make your
Park Pass Reservations. A reservation is required to enter the first park you plan to visit daily. If you decide to add the
Park Hoper Option to your ticket, you will be able to hop over to any other theme park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. Some parks do get booked up, so I recommend making your Park Pass Reservations as early as possible. I would hate for you not to be able to visit all the parks on your bucket list!
I do hope this was helpful to you, Jinell! If you have any questions ahead of your visit, please don't hesitate to stop by again! We would love to help you make the absolute most of your vacation!
Happy planning!
Diana
