Hello, I am under the impression the shuttles from parking lot to Disney are closed. My mom is incapable of walking long distance and unsure if she will be able to walk from parking structure to Disneyland. Please advise We plan on renting the scooter.

    Hello there, Kimberly!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question to us. We’re all EARs!

Yes, you are correct, the trams are not currently running from the parking structure to the parks. Hakuna Matata, Kimberly! You will be able to rent an ECV or wheelchair on the lower level of the parking structure. That way your mom won’t have to walk the pathway to the parks. (TIP: Arrive early as rentals are subject to availability). Please do not worry, her energy will be preserved and you both can focus on creating new memories in the parks

Don’t forget to have your Theme Park Reservations taken care of before your visit. And remember,  if there’s anything else you need, you know where to find us.

    See ya real soon!
