Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Kelly!
September is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The weather is beautiful, Magic Kingdom Park has some gorgeous fall decorations, and my favorite festival, the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, is usually in full swing! At the moment, we don't quite know what kind of hours we can expect at Epcot during the Festival, or at Disney's Hollywood Studios after the opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge this year on August 29, because we don't yet have all the final information for either of those events yet. When I check the
calendar today, I can see theme park hours through the middle of September, so we should be getting some information about the hours during the timeframe of your vacation in the next few weeks. Of course, hours are always subject to change, so keep checking back as your arrival date gets closer.
When it comes to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I can tell you a bit more! During the weekend of your vacation, the Party will be happening in the evening at Magic Kingdom Park on Friday and Sunday. When I've visited Magic Kingdom Park on the same day as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party before, the park has closed to guests without Party tickets at 6 p.m. with the Party starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are available now if your family wants to attend on either one of these dates! It's one of my favorite special events of the year at Walt Disney World Resort.
Have a magical day, Kelly!
