    I have the Imagine Key pass and was looking to reserve a date that was available on the app for my specific pass, but when I went to actually reserve it the reservation site says day not available even though I previously had a reservation for the same day

    Hey there, Alexandra! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney with your question. 

    There are a couple of things I can think of that might be happening here: 

    ~ When you look at the Magic Key Pass Blockout Calendar it distinguishes between dates that are blocked out with your pass and dates that are unavailable but eligible with your pass. Maybe you had been looking at that blockout calendar and not the reservation availability calendar?

    ~ It’s possible you already have a reservation that day and hence can’t book a new one on your pass, since you mention you previously had a reservation for that day. You can log in to the Disneyland website, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. Here you will see your current reservations. 

    If you still have questions I suggest contacting the Cast Members on the Magic Key team who can assist you!
