Hi! I'm a 16 yr old who resides in Fla. I will be turning 17 next week & wanted to buy the Magic for 3 pass. I would be going with my best friend who is 18 yrs old & also a Fl. resident. I only have a High School id. Can my friend buy both our tic

    Hi there, Sharon!

What a great advantage to being a Floridian: getting to have fun at the Walt Disney World that's just a hop, skip, and a jump away! And Disney loves to thank its residents with loads of special deals throughout the year.

Actually, as a minor, your Florida high school ID should suffice as validation. But your instinct is correct. Your friend, having reached the age of majority, would need to purchase the tickets for both of you, providing the following proof of residency:

    Valid Florida driver's license
Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
    Valid Florida-based military ID

That's language taken directly from Disney's own Validation Requirements for Florida residents. And once you turn 18, you'll fall under those same guidelines.

    Have an incredible time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
