I'm a young Mom with limited mobility due to knee pain. I can walk well for a half day or so but need advice to make it for the entire 7 days. I'm only 41 and don't really want to use a scooter but...,please advise

    Hi Sharrie!

I can understand your uneasiness, but I really recommend renting an electric convenience vehicle (ECV), also known as a scooter!  Walt Disney World Resort is enormous, about twice the size of Manhattan Island.  While you won't have to walk over the entire property, the theme parks are also huge and you will do a lot of walking in them, especially Epcot and Disney's Animal Kingdom.  Guests literally walk miles in those theme parks on any given day.  If you want to try out how you would do walking in one of the parks first, you could start out in Disney's Hollywood Studios, the smallest of the four theme parks.  Just keep in mind that the other three are all significantly larger than the Studios.

Good luck with your decision and write back if you have any more questions!
