Hi, I'm just writing to ask how far in advance I can ship a package to the Disney Resort hotel I'm staying at? Would it be too early if the parcel arrives about 20 days prior to my arrival date?

Hi Jianzhi! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Many guests find it necessary to ship things to their Disney resort hotel prior to their arrival. This is especially true with guests coming from another country or guests who need to ship baby items such as diapers and formula. Traveling with all of that can become impossible and no one wants to take time out of their vacation to shop.

Please review the Disney Mail Services page. The resorts are now charging $5 per package that is shipped to you so be aware of this new change. When addressing a package make sure you include the correct resort address which can be found on the Disney website. List the name of the person who the reservation is under and make sure you add the word GUEST. You must also put down the arrival date for this reservation.

The closer you can ship packages to your arrival the better. If things come too early they can get shoved aside and forgotten. I suggest guests try to ship things for them to arrive about 5-7 days ahead. Twenty days is a bit too long to ensure it will arrive and not be returned or lost. Hope you are able to do this for your upcoming Disney vacation!
