I'm worried about having to lug around items purchased in the park, carrying a cooler with snacks, etc. Are you allowed to bring a collapsible cart of some sort? Similar to a grocery tug cart?

Hi Guylaine, thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, any merchandise that you purchase in the parks can be sent back to your room so that you don't have to carry it around. I have never been able to enjoy this service, because my son always wants his new toys within arms reach, but it is available for you to utilize. As for the collapsible cart, you cannot bring suitcases, backpacks, carts, or coolers larger than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high.

We always just shove our bags in our stroller, but I can see how this might be a worry if you plan on carrying anything that you purchase. You can also use the Souvenir Pick-Up option. All you have to do is let retail clerk know that you would like your purchases to be delivered to the designated location near the exit of the park. This way, you can enjoy the park all day and pick up all of your goodies on your way out.

Another option is having your souvenirs shipped by UPS or FedEx straight to your home. This service does have a fee.

I hope this answers your question, and if you have any more, feel free to stop by!

Have a magical Walt Disney World vacation.
